Cancellation & Refund.

• The €700 deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure your accommodation.

• If you have already made additional payments and need to cancel, refunds will be available based on the following schedule:

Cancellation Timeline & Refunds:

• More than X days before the retreat → Refund of all payments except the €700 deposit

• Less than X days before the retreat → Partial refund may be available, depending on the retreat provider’s policies.

• Last-minute cancellations (within X days) → No refunds, as accommodations and services will have been fully booked.

If you can’t attend, you may be able to transfer your spot to another participant. Contact us to discuss options.
